We stayed at the Ebony Hotel in Huaraz, which is only 108km from the Cañón del Pato. The Cañón del Pato is an impressive geological formation and adventure route in Áncash. It has more than 35 tunnels carved into the rock and winding along the Santa River, offering spectacular landscapes between the Cordillera Blanca and Cordillera Negra mountain ranges.
