Lecture 2: Importing (existing) Project Templates

This video in the series created by Teaching Assistant Ph.D. student specifically for CEEN-1060 (Microcontroller Applications), shows these students how to import Project Templates into Atmel Studio 7 so that they can quickly work in laboratory exercises. While the first lecture video shows how to do this from scratch, here we focus on using the templates that we provide our students for their use for AVR Assembly Projects using a two-project 'solution' that allows students to write code and simulate/debug as ATmega324P device, and then copy/paste their code into their "target" project to target the AT90USB1286, which is the microcontroller housed by our (current) development kits. While the video might be useful in some respects to the general public, please note the video provides information that is specific to this course.
