Practicing Acceptance With Your Breath
Sometimes physical or emotional pain can quietly change our breathing and body. Shoulders lift and tighten, the belly braces, our breath becomes shallow… these reactions are not mistakes, but they are worth noticing. This practice invites you to meet your breath as it already is, and from there you will move through a brief body scan that asks you to identify and be present with whatever shows up.
