Rafaelito y su Tumbao Live / Munich's Latino Salsaband Nr. 1

Rafael Pareja " Rafaelito " born in Lima, Peru, on 02 Nov.1972, already as a child Rafael discovers his love of Afro Latin Music. At the age of 14 he he started to study the guitar and took part in numberless school events as a guitarist . Already at 16 he was on stage for the first time and performed his first project. At the age of 20 he came to Germany and took residence in Munich where he quickly established contact to musicians in the scene In 1995 he founded El Grupo „MELAZA“ and performed Salsa, Cumbia, Cha Cha Cha and Bolero in a six-member group. Other musicians came soon to attention of his talent of the the young musician and invited him to numberless projects while in doing so he developed further. In 2004 he starts „Rafaelito y su Tumbao „ the Salsa band No. 1 in Munich. 2005, Rafael became a bassist in the CUBAN Band MADERA LIMPIA, who is a mix of traditional cuban music with Hip Hop, Reggae, Funk and Jazz He performs and goes with them on tour. In the same year, as a band leader of LOU BEGA live Band „ THE LUNATICS „ he had the task to set up the band and perform live the new production of the famous artist. Since 2002 Rafael has been a member of the board of Latino Munich SV (sports and cultural club) and has been organizing Latin Events such as the „Fiesta Latina LA ORIGINAL“ with more than 1300 guests knwn for 13 years where both young and experienced latin a,erical artists, dancers, musicians and DJ's perform on stage and present their projects. Since 2010, after having finished his education at Ebam Academy, Rafael has a Diploma in Event Management and owns the company „ LATIN ARTS & MUSIC „ who mainly reflects the latin-american culture in the form of music, dance and performances and teaches „ Elements and structures of the Afro-Cuban and Latin Music „ at the OHRWURM MUSIC SCHOOL in Munich . Rafael Pareja " Rafaelito " nacio en el 02 Nov.1972 En Lima / Perú y desde muy pequeño descubrió su amor por la música. A los 14 años comenzó a estudiar la guitarra en la Escuela AIDEM en Lima y participó como guitarrista en un sinnúmero de eventos y ya a los 16 años de edad presenta su primer proyecto. A los 20 años, llega a Alemania y toma residencia en Munich, donde toma contacto rápidamente con los músicos de la escena. En 1995 fundó El Grupo "Melaza", tocando salsa, cumbia, cha cha cha y bolero en una formación de seis personas . Rapidamente otros músicos se dieron cuenta del talento del joven músico y lo invitan a un sinnúmero de proyectos en donde rapidamente se desarrolla musicalmente. 2004 funda Rafael la orquesta "Rafaelito Y Su Tumbao", que hoy en dia aun se mantiene como la orquesta Nr. 1 de Salsa y Musica Latina en Munich. 2005 forma parte de la agrupacion MADERA LIMPIA banda cubana que toca una mezcla de música tradicional cubana con el hip hop, reggae, funk y jazz. Ese mismo año es Rafael director musical de la banda del conocido artista LOU BEGA " The Lunatics " y presenta junto al artista su nueva produccion LIVE. Desde el año 2002 es Rafael miembro de la junta directiva del Latino SV Munich (Club de Deporte y Cultura Latinoamerivana en la ciudad de Munich) y organiza " LA FIESTA LATINA " evento en el cual, jovenes talentos y tambien artistas ya establecidos en la escena, todos de origen latinoamericano, pueden mostrar su arte. 2007 forma el grupo " SON MORENOS " formacion de musica criolla y afro peruana. Rafael es profesor en la escuela de Musica Ohrwurm en Munich y dicta un Workshop para todos los instrumentos acerca de la musica Afro cubana.
