INSTAGRAM: /elusweets CONTACT: [email protected] INGREDIENTS for 15 alfajores DOUGH 100g softened butter 100g powdered sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 250g all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder PASTRY CREAM 60g sugar 30g cornstarch 3 egg yolks 300ml milk 1 tsp vanilla extract DIPLOMATE CREAM Cold pastry cream 200ml heavy cream (minimum 35% fat) GELATIN FILLING 1 packet strawberry-flavored gelatin 1 cup hot water 1 cup cold water Fresh strawberries for the filling, as needed COATING 400g strawberry-flavored chocolate (I used chocolate coating) (Baking) *You can use white chocolate and color it with oil-based food coloring, or just use white chocolate or any chocolate you prefer. 20 ml neutral oil (sunflower or corn) or coconut oil Did you like it?
