Bader Nasser Al-Kharafi is the CEO and Vice- Chairman of Zain Group Board of Directors. In April 2012, Mr. Al-Kharafi was appointed as Chairman of Touch, Lebanon. In September 2013, he was appointed as Managing Director of Al- Khatem Telecommunications Company, Zain’s JSC in Iraq. In April 2014, he was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Sudanese Mobile Telephone Co., “Zain Sudan’. In October 2015, he was appointed as Vice Chairman on the board of Zain KSA. Mr. Al-Kharafi holds office as Chairman, VP, MD and Board member in several businesses that form part of the Kharafi conglomerate, one of the largest privately owned, diversified groups based in Kuwait and operating across the GCC and MENA with more than 135 registered companies operating in more than 28 countries in various sectors.
