As a French pastry enthusiast, I've always wanted to have a first hand experience with all the pastries that I love to eat and bake over the years. I just returned from the French Riviera after having a thorough patisserie tour in the beautiful city of nice even though the region is famous marinas fancy cars casinos and yachts not a lot of people know it to be one of the major patisserie centers of France.
