2005-2009 Suzuki boulevard M50 / VZ800 engine removal

This is a 2009 M50 at 00:38 Take of the indicators on the gas tank with those three allen key screws and let it hang on the wire and take off later. 10:07 part 2 Forgot to say I took off spark plug boot and the PAIR system 19:19 part 3 21:54 Afterthought (Im writing this comment a few years later but I forgot to mention when dropping the engine take as mush stuff off the top of the engine and underside of the top of the frame so you get more clearance. I think that's why I had to use a 2x4 to pry it out so if you get enough clearance you should be able to get it out way easier than I did. For example the coolant hose and silver pipe on the engine frontside) This manual is for the first year of this bike: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/824... My Support page https://www.volusiariders.com/threads... I also ended up buying a tuner after I fixed everything I ended up rebuilding the engine doing a valve job and honing the cylinders and getting new rings. the problem was a clogged fuel injector. Ended up taking it to Sturgis right after I rebuild it and on the way home It was running on one cylinder again haha long story. but shes all fixed now runs great i just need to adjust the valves for the ticking noise it makes but some people say its supposed to idk. Im posting this video quite a few months after but ill still try and help. This was my first time doing anything like this im just an at home mechanic whenever something breaks so remember that with anything in this video I say.
