Our main purpose was to attend a recital by the renowned pianist Virsaladze in Louvain-la-Neuve, but we also enjoyed sightseeing in Brussels along the way! We walked through the Grand Place, often called one of the most beautiful squares in the world, visited the Manneken Pis and the Magritte Museum, and savored Belgian specialties like mussels, waffles, and french fries. Living in France, being able to easily take weekend trips to other countries is one of the unique charms of Europe.
