Welcome back to the channel! This multi-day vlog captures the perfect mix of local lifestyle, street exploration, and a major professional milestone during my days spent in the beautiful canal city of Leiden. Day one kicks off with a quick breakfast introduction before I head out to grab a coffee with two of my colleagues. It was great to sit down, catch up, and chat about everything from work dynamics to personal life. Afterward, I took to the historic streets of Leiden for some dedicated street photography and video clips, capturing the timeless charm of the brick buildings and canals. To top off a fantastic first day, I joined local colleagues for a beautiful dinner right next to the river, treated to an absolutely spectacular, golden Dutch sunset. Day two marks the official start of the primary purpose behind this trip: attending our global commercial conference with our publisher. Day one of the conference took place at the renowned Rijksmuseum Boerhaave (the national museum of science and medicine). It was a packed schedule where we all gathered to listen to insightful presentations delivered by our colleagues. In between sessions, we had the incredible opportunity to take a guided tour of the museum, checking out its fascinating historical scientific and medical collections. Because I chose to walk both to and from the venue, I ended up capturing lots and lots of gorgeous, cinematic b-roll footage of Leiden's scenic streets. We wrapped up the big day by heading out together for a warm, bustling team dinner at a local Chinese restaurant.
