I Made a Ghibli Headphone Stand from Trash Roots

I’m took some overgrown tree roots and transform them into a Princess Mononoke inspired headphone stand. It's simple but functional, and it allowed me to try out several new directions in crafting. I made a lot of flowers this time around and it was very enjoyable. The flowers are starting to grow on me. And I believe flowers fit in really well for a Studio Ghibli forest. I've also tried to make a much more realistic miniature moss terrain this time around. It turned out okay and perhaps with more practice, I might get to make even more realistic mossy textures. I also tried to make some rattling or shaking Kodama heads from Princess Mononoke forest out of polymer clay and some hand made springs. This way the Kodama would shake or rattle their heads when the headphone is placed on the stand. -------------------- 🕰️Timestamps: 00:00 Hi there 01:23 A very serious design 04:08 Making some ultra cosmic mega super realistic miniature moss 07:45 Did the stains and paint washes make any difference? 08:16 Let's make some Studio Ghibli miniature flowers 09:38 Enjoy the miniature studio Ghibli garden come together 11:57 Adding some over the top rain effects on my miniature flower garden 12:52 Making some mischievous glowing rattling Kodama 16:04 Bloopers ------------------- 🛠️ Materials & Tools Used: Structure: Pine wood base, tree roots.
