China's tariff-free policy boosts Gambia's cashew hopes
China's zero-tariff policy for dozens of African countries is creating new opportunities for Gambian cashew farmers. Producers hope direct access to the Chinese market will reduce reliance on middlemen and increase incomes, but success will depend on meeting international export and quality standards.
