Can a Tank Learn to Heal? | Mistweaver +5 | Mistweaver Monk

Welcome to Episode 1 of The Reluctant Healer. I've been playing World of Warcraft for a very long time, but there has always been one role I've avoided whenever possible: healing. I've tried a few times over the years. Every attempt ended the same way. I got stressed, overwhelmed, and went right back to tanking or DPS. Then I discovered Mistweaver Monk. For whatever reason, this healer just clicked with me. So I decided to do something I've never really done before: learn healing from the ground up and document the journey. This isn't a guide. This isn't an expert showing you the perfect way to play. This is a player learning in real time. In this run you'll see missed opportunities, questionable decisions, cooldowns used poorly, cooldowns forgotten entirely, and several moments where I'm pretty sure I have no idea what's happening. But that's the point. Nobody starts as an expert. Improvement happens one run at a time. One lesson at a time. One percent at a time. This Nexus Point +5 was my first real attempt at pushing a key as Mistweaver, and while it wasn't pretty, it was enough to convince me to keep going. Fast forward a little while and I've now completed all of my +12s as a healer, but every journey starts somewhere. This is where mine started. Welcome to The Reluctant Healer.
