Welcome to The Reluctant Healer's Guide to using GSE for the Mistweaver Monk. 00:00 Intro 01:26 How DPS Healing Works 02:18 Single Target Rotation (ST) 04:27 ST Gameplay Example 05:05 AoE "Rotation" 06:42 AoE Gameplay Example 08:08 GSE Sequence & Functionality 09:29 Healing 16:15 Cooldowns 19:38 Utility Spells 23:07 Bonus Tip (Healing While Moving) If you've watched my recent videos, you know I've spent most of my World of Warcraft career tanking and DPSing. Healing was always the role I avoided. Then I discovered Mistweaver Monk. In this video I'll walk through the Gnome Sequencer Enhanced (GSE) setup I'm currently using, explain the single-target and AoE rotations, discuss many of the core healing and utility abilities, and demonstrate the sequence in actual Mythic+ gameplay. This is not intended to be an exhaustive theorycrafting guide. I'm not going to spend 45 minutes discussing edge cases, advanced optimization, or every possible talent interaction. Instead, the goal is to provide a practical starting point that can help you: Understand the basic rotation Learn the major healing tools Get comfortable with the spec Start healing lower Mythic+ keys Build confidence with Mistweaver Monk Throughout the video you'll see examples from Mythic+ dungeons and hear my thought process as someone who is still actively learning and improving as a healer. If you've ever been curious about healing, intimidated by healing, or simply looking for a lower-stress way to get started with Mistweaver Monk, hopefully this helps. --- Talents: C4QAi6cZM+HWADeySjzG9Lwx8DAAAAAAAghx2MLjZx2MmZsZstsNjZ2Mz2yyMjFGTzYGwYMYMmZmZY2ghZ5BmAAAAAIALWmZZ2mZABAwAwMgxALyYGA GSE Import: !GSE3!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 GSE Notes: The sequence contains 2 versions and 2 modifiers Versions: Kick-Primary (ST) -This version does the single target rotation based on Rising Sun Kick as the primary rotation when no modifier is used Spin-Primary (AoE) (Default) -This version does the AoE target rotation based on Spinning Crane Kick as the primary rotation when no modifier is used Modifiers: CTRL = Enveloping Mist - Use when [Strength of the Black Ox] procs SHIFT = Will do the opposite rotation of primary. -For Kick-Primary (ST) the SHIFT modifier will do Spinning Crane Kick - Use when [Dance of the Chi-Ji] procs. -For Spin-Primary (AOE) the shift modifier will do the rotation based on Rising Sun Kick. You will not need to press a modifier to process [Dance of the Chi-Ji] because you’re already spinning.
