Przeprowadzka - jak skutecznie wykorzystać masę przeciwnika (045)

In this episode, we show how to practically use an opponent’s body weight against them. You do not always have to fight strength against strength. Sometimes it is much more effective to position your body correctly, feel the right moment, and direct the opponent’s movement to where they lose their balance. When an attacker pushes, pulls, presses forward or comes in with strong momentum, their own body weight starts working against them. It is enough to step off the line of attack, pull, draw them in, turn them, or change the direction of their movement to break their balance. This is not magic or a flashy trick. It is body mechanics, working with the center of gravity and using the opponent’s momentum. The harder someone moves forward, the easier it can be to redirect their energy, if it is done at the right moment. In this episode, we point out that simply “yanking” the opponent is usually not enough. Foot positioning, hip work, distance control, direction of movement and the exact moment when the opponent gives away their balance are what really matter.
