On April 11, 2026, the springtime Mino Festival was held! "Hanamikoshi" (flower portable shrines), made by attaching pink-dyed Mino washi paper to bamboo poles to resemble cherry blossoms, danced wildly through the historic townscape. My neighborhood has many young people, so I was able to focus on filming without carrying the portable shrine myself.
