YAŞLI ANALAR GERÇEKTEN VERİMSİZ Mİ ?

Hello fellow beekeepers and bee lovers, welcome back to Notes from the Apiary! In the beekeeping world, there is a common rule: "A queen bee should be replaced after 2 years because her productivity drops." But is this always true? In this video, we are putting this rule to the test! We are opening and inspecting a hive with a 4-year-old, red-marked queen bee. Throughout this 14-minute hive inspection, I will show you her brood pattern, egg-laying quality, and the overall population of the colony. Are old queen bees really unproductive, or can an experienced queen still manage a strong hive? Watch until the end and see the results for yourself! How long do you keep your queens in your apiary? Let me know your experiences in the comments below. Have a wonderful and productive season! #beekeeping #queenbee #oldqueenbee #hiveinspection #beekeeper #honeybee #apiary #beekeepinglife
