RUNNING THE 400M & VERTICAL JUMP PB | Elite Sprint Training | The Speed Operation S2#2

A few weeks ago I began my sprint training journey to the 2025 season. I've already been making great progress with my strength, endurance & power! I'm aiming to run the 100m & 200m faster than i've ever ran by the time summer comes around, so I'm training hard and being smart. In this episode, I run the 400m in training for the first time ever, alongside hitting a huge vertical jump PB! Winter training is going very well so far, so let's keep up the momentum and see how i progress over the next couple of weeks.
