DIY Shaker Panelling Transforms This Bedroom! | Episode 14 House Renovation

In Episode 14 of our 1930s house renovation in the Buckinghamshire countryside, we hit another major milestone as both the bathroom and bedrooms come together. We start by installing the shower screen and door, bringing the bathroom one step closer to being fully complete and usable. It’s a small detail that makes a huge difference to the overall finish. Upstairs, we finally reveal the bedroom colour and get stuck into painting the master bedroom, transforming it from a work‑in‑progress into a much more polished space. To finish things off, we build and install shaker‑style wall panelling using MDF, before painting it to match the room. It’s a simple but really effective way to add character and detail, and completely changes the feel of the space. This episode is a big one — with multiple areas of the house starting to feel like actual rooms rather than a building site. 🏡 In This Episode: Installing the shower screen and door Progress towards a finished bathroom Revealing the bedroom colour Painting the master bedroom Building shaker panelling from MDF Painting and finishing the panelling Major progress on our 1930s house renovation If you’re enjoying the series, please like, comment, and subscribe to follow along as we bring this house back to life. #HouseRenovation #1930sHouse #UKRenovation #BathroomRenovation #ShowerScreen #ShowerInstallation #BedroomMakeover #ShakerPanelling #WallPanelling #MDF #InteriorPainting #DIYRenovation #HomeImprovement #OldHouseRestoration #Buckinghamshire #RenovationVlog
