If you spend a lot of time sitting, your hips feel tight, or you're feeling "full" and longing for some time for yourself: This somatic Yin Yoga practice, performed lying down, invites you to release tension in your hips and lower back—and gently let go of stress. We'll practice with calm, somatic transitions, brief moments of reflection, and Yin Yoga poses that are designed not to challenge you, but to support you. It's a practice to unwind after stress and tension, or simply for some relaxing time with yourself—anytime, and especially beneficial in the evening. ✨ In this session: Somatic rocking & reflection (regulating the nervous system & relaxing the body) Yin Yoga variations for the hips & lower back (gentle & with freedom of choice) Twists for deep release Calm breathwork & moments of stillness for integration 🧺 You don't need anything special.
