A New Blue Belt Joins the Academy!

Welcome to Part 2 of Wednesday's Open Mat! In this narrated video, I'm rolling with Robert, a new blue belt who recently joined the academy. Robert is a former U.S. Marine, a current firefighter, and a father of four. We have a fun, technical round with several great exchanges, and I'll break down my thought process throughout the roll. As a bonus, I also narrate a stand-up sparring round featuring Robert, the always-technical Sam, and Paul, a newer white belt.
