Viajando por España en TREN Años 60: ¿Cómo ha cambiado?

Thanks to a British amateur filmmaker who was a true aficionado of rail transport, we can enjoy this unusual collection of rail-related footage recorded in Spain between 1966 and 1969. It starts with views of locomotives and a brand new Talgo, travelling between San Fernando and Cádiz. We then move on to Mallorca to look at the Ferrocarril de Sóller, first at the Port of Sóller and then on to Palma de Mallorca, where we see the city around the track as the train approaches its terminus. Returning to the mainland we travel through Catalonia arriving in Girona/Gerona, where we stop at the old station to watch a locomotive being repaired, and see passengers on the platform as a train is about to depart. Leaving Girona, our next stop is Sitges, where we will see trains arriving and departing, and passengers boarding and alighting. Finally, we head to Madrid, where we will see the surroundings of the tracks as our train approach Atocha.
