I RAGAZZI STANNO BENE?

Who are today's teenagers? What do they feel and what do they fear? Where do their fragilities come from? Because, while it's true that, to a certain extent, the adolescent crisis is common to all young people, who in this delicate phase must confront the profound biological, social, and emotional transformations that will lead them to recreate a new identity, with new priorities and values, it's also true that sometimes this distress becomes too profound to manage. And so there are those who don't eat and those who, on the contrary, eat too much; those who cut themselves and those who sext; those who lock themselves in their rooms and those who engage in bullying; those who numb themselves with alcohol and drugs. How, then, should we react? First, by recognizing that the distress is physiological and that the topic of mental health is not a taboo.
