Come essere adulti con gli adolescenti | Matteo Lancini | TEDxVarese
Being a teenager in the age of adult fragility is not an easy role, and adults should question clichés, behaviors, and priorities when relating to adolescents. In this exhortation talk, Matteo Lancini encourages adults and parents to deeply question themselves and imagine new ways of accompanying children and adolescents as they grow, in an increasingly complex and digital world. Being a teenager in the age of adult fragility is not an easy role, and adults should question clichés, behaviors, and priorities when relating to adolescents. In this exhortation talk, Matteo Lancini encourages adults and parents to deeply question themselves and imagine new ways of accompanying children and adolescents as their growth, as reality becomes more complex and digital. Matteo is president of the "Minotauro" Foundation in Milan, which runs a clinical consultation center and a specialization school in psychoanalytic psychotherapy for adolescents and young adults. He is the author of numerous publications, and his titles speak volumes about his commitment to adolescence, in a context extending to digital relationships. Two titles for everyone: "The Betrayed Age. Beyond the Commonplaces About Adolescents" (Raffaello Cortina, 2021) and "Children of the Internet. How to Help Them Grow Among Narcissism, Sexting, Cyberbullying, and Social Withdrawal" (with L. Cirillo, Erickson, 2022). He is a professor at the Department of Psychology at the University of Milan-Bicocca and at the Faculty of Education at the Catholic University of Milan. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
