Dry Roast Nuts: In a pan, dry roast almonds, cashews, walnuts, for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden. Cool and coarsely crush them using a mixer (do not powder). Sauté Dates: Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add the chopped/paste of dates and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes till soft. Add Crushed Dry Fruits & Raisins: Mix the crushed nuts, raisins, and cardamom powder into the softened dates. Mix well till everything combines into a sticky mixture. Turn off the heat. Cool Slightly & Shape: Let it cool slightly (warm enough to handle). Grease your palms with a little ghee and shape into small ladoos. Roll (Optional): You can roll ladoos in desiccated coconut or poppy seeds for extra texture.
