In this episode, I tackle the problems with Sifu Cheung’s claims. Nothing in this video should be taken as an attack on Sifu Cheung’s former abilities as a fighter or the fact that he was a direct student of Grandmaster Yip Man and a friend to the late Bruce Lee. This video tackles the problems with Sifu Cheung’s claims regarding the “Cologne incident” and his seemingly revisionist take on the history of Wing Chun. There is a small flub in the video - I refer to Unique Publications as being owned by Black Belt Magazine when it was actually owned by Inside Kung Fu Magazines.
