This Pizza Shop's Most Popular Item Is a Massive Garlic Knot — Most-Ordered

On this episode of "Most Ordered," we step inside one of New Jersey's most popular pizzerias, Corner Slice, where brothers Mike and Pete Bergemann show us how to make the shop's wildly popular garlic knots. They do things a little differently: unlike most pizzerias, Mike and Pete make a garlic confit butter that they use to fill the knots, in addition to a heavy coating of garlic oil, cheese, and parsley. Once it's all baked, it creates an amazing crispy outside, soft inside combo — or as Mike calls it, "The ultimate expression of garlic." #newjersey #food #recipe 00:00 — 00:49 Intro 00:50 — 02:38 Making the Dough 02:40 — 04;04 Prepping the Garlic Confit Filling 04:05 — 05:29 Braiding the Garlic Knots 05:30 — 06:39 Handmade Tomato Sauce 06:40 — 08:11 Adding the Topping to the Knots 08:12 — 10:19 Trying the Knots Producer/Director: Gabby Lozano Camera: Murilo Ferreira, Tom Daly Production Sound Mixer: Bill Vella Editor: George Chrysiliou Assistant Editor: Seyeon Bang Executive Producer: Stephen Pelletteri Head of Production: Stefania Orrù Supervising Producer: Connor Reid Post-Production Supervisor: Lucy Morales Carlisle Director of Production: Michelle Fox Senior Director of Photography: Murilo Ferreira Supervising Producer, Social Video: Jordan Shalhoub Download the Eater App: https://shorturl.at/Rz1pN Eater is the go-to resource for food and restaurant obsessives with hundreds of episodes and new series, featuring exclusive access to dining around the world, rich culture, immersive experiences, and authoritative experts.
