Kawasaki ZX6R engine rebuild video.This video shows start to finish my bike engine rebuild. Before the rebuild I had dark smoke and a smell, like burnt oil, coming out through the exhaust. I knew something wasn't right. After a while, finally, I got around to pull apart the engine and fix that issue. The problem was caused by the valve stem oil seal leaking oil into the combustion chamber. Also the pistons and cylinder head was looking really bad.
