KOMPAS.TV - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) stated that it is no longer investigating the alleged corruption case involving the Free Nutritious Meals program. The KPK believes that the Attorney General's Office is now handling the MBG case, including the suspect's name. This was conveyed by KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto when met at the Parliament Building on Wednesday afternoon. Since the beginning of the investigation into the alleged MBG corruption case, the KPK has coordinated with the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) and the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK). Furthermore, Setyo assessed that the alleged MBG corruption case is ongoing, and the AGO has carried out coercive measures, detention, searches, and seizures.
