DALI MPOFU: SOUTH AFRICANS DESERVE ANSWERS ON RAMAPHOSA'S PHALA PHALA CASE

Advocate Dali Mpofu SC, representing the MK Party, told the Western Cape High Court that stopping Parliament's Section 89 impeachment inquiry would deny South Africans the chance to determine if President Cyril Ramaphosa has a case to answer over the Phala Phala scandal. Mpofu argued that the Section 89 committee remains the only parliamentary process available to hold the President accountable.
