DON'T HANG CURTAIN & POLES until you've WATCHED THIS!

It was too bright to watch TV in the evenings, so I decided to hang some new curtains! However, this quick home improvement project turned into a nightmare... All I wanted to do was just hang some curtain poles up, pop the curtains on and work out where to shorten before running them through my sewing machine. But what I got was a wonky pole (or 2) from misleading Amazon Vine customer reviews and delayed replacement deliveries from a new company with the truth withheld from the courier... and somehow, this "easy DIY" spiralled into 8 full days of stress. It's funny how, as soon as the new ones arrived, it took an afternoon to fit, then pin up and shorten the curtains. So in today’s video, I take you through the chaotic reality of what should have been a simple curtain hanging project, along with all the DIY mistakes, money-saving tips, and lessons I wish I knew before starting.
