Scrapheap DIY: Rebuilding a rotten barn window with no lintel & crooked bricks!

This week’s barn to chicken coop project turned into a full-on Scrapheap DIY challenge! 🛠️ I set out to replace a rotten old barn window, but of course, nothing was simple… ⚠️ The frame was rotten ⚠️ The bricks were cracked and crooked ⚠️ There was no lintel holding them up ⚠️ And nothing was plumb or level! Every step felt like a gamble and with one wrong move, the bricks could have easily tumbled down... so I had to improvise with salvaged scraps, do a lot of trial and error with a few disasters along the way. Did it all come crashing down?
