「計算材料科学におけるAI駆動型ソフトウェア開発：個人的な経験と今後の展望」 講演者　　：三澤 貴宏(東京大学 物性研究所) 開催日時　：2026年5月28日（木）9:00～10:00 概要　　　：AIエージェントは、計算材料科学におけるソフトウェア開発のあり方を劇的に変えた。今や、研究者が一行一行手でコードを書くのではなく、AIが一万行を超えるコードを自動生成できる時代となっている。現在の主要な課題は、正確で信頼性の高いコード開発を実現するために、いかにAIを制御するかという点である。C言語で書かれた多変数変分モンテカルロ法（mVMC）をJuliaへ移植した取り組みや、独自の研究ツールの構築など、最近の経験をご紹介する。また、AI駆動型科学ソフトウェア開発に関する最近のハッカソンから得られた知見についても紹介する。 "AI-driven software development in computational materials science: Experiences and perspectives" Speaker: Dr. Takahiro Misawa, The Institute for Solid State Physics, The University of Tokyo Date and Time: Thursday, May 28, 2026, 9:00–10:00 (JST) AI agents have dramatically changed software development in computational materials science. We are now in an era where AI can automatically generate more than ten thousand lines of code, rather than researchers writing every line by hand. The key challenge today is how to control AI to ensure correct and reliable code development. I will share my recent experiences, including porting many-variable variational Monte Carlo method (mVMC) from C-language to Julia, building my own research tools. I will also introduce insights from recent hackathons on AI-driven scientific software development.
