Allenamento Tricipiti in palestra

Il tricipite brachiale, come suggerisce il nome, è composto da tre capi: lungo, laterale e mediale. Per massimizzare la crescita, devi stimolarli tutti: Il Capo Lungo: Viene maggiormente attivato quando il braccio è sopra la testa. L'esercizio Head Extension è fondamentale perché allunga il capo lungo, mettendolo in una posizione di pre-stiramento che ne favorisce una contrazione più intensa. Il Capo Laterale e Mediale: Sono maggiormente coinvolti in esercizi come gli Skull Crushers e i Push Down. Il Skull Crusher (estensione sdraiato) permette di utilizzare carichi più pesanti, stimolando la crescita complessiva della massa, mentre il Push Down ai cavi isola il muscolo senza il rischio di instabilità del peso libero.
