Have you ever thought about the future after university? What paths and decisions can be taken? There's a sea of ​​possibilities that fill the minds of new generations with doubts. Virgílio shares his story and experiences on the path of entrepreneurship. Founding partner of FM2S, graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Unicamp, with a master's and doctorate in Manufacturing Process Engineering (FEM/UNICAMP), Master Black Belt from UNICAMP. He was a professor in Black Belt, Green Belt and Business Management and Strategy specialization courses at UNICAMP, as well as other universities and postgraduate courses. He worked as a process and improvement manager in a large beverage company and was one of the creators of the Unicamp Technological Innovation Challenge. Among other projects, he participated in the management of the Rio Claro Aeroclub, the Gênese Group, and is an ad hoc consultant for the FAPESP PIPE Program. Today he is responsible for the areas of Operations, Sales and Marketing at FM2S, an Education and Consulting company with more than 430,000 students worldwide.
