After exploring the immense abandoned spa complex of Spezzano Albanese in previous episodes, today we delve into one of the most disturbing and fascinating areas of the entire facility. In the first episodes, we showed you the spa center, the medical clinics, and the oldest part of the complex, a place of decadent charm that, with its long corridors and now-empty rooms, almost resembled an old mental institution. Next, we reached the large outdoor pool and the bar-restaurant that once welcomed hundreds of visitors during the summer season. In this third part, we'll venture inside a huge three-story residential building, composed of numerous apartments still incredibly furnished and filled with all kinds of objects. Entering here is like stepping into a post-apocalyptic horror film: everything has remained frozen in time, as if the inhabitants had suddenly fled due to imminent danger, leaving everything exactly where it was. We will find personal objects, photographs, clothes, CDs, videotapes, still-full bottles, expired food, and entire rooms that seem to await someone's return. Each apartment tells a different story, but they all share the same surreal and profoundly eerie atmosphere. As I ascend floor after floor, the silence becomes almost oppressive. All I can hear is the wind, the creaking of the structure, and the sounds of nature slowly reclaiming these spaces. Yet, at many moments, I had the feeling of not being alone: ​​as if someone were watching me from behind a half-open door or following my steps through the long corridors. In these houses abandoned for years, it almost seems as if I can still hear the voices of those who once lived there, fragments of life suspended in time that make this one of the most disturbing places in the entire spa complex.
