CIABATTA wie in ITALIEN mit nur 5 Zutaten // Einfaches CIABATTA mit Olivenöl

A super-moist ciabatta just like in Italy! My secret? Lots and lots of time. Besides time, you only need 5 other ingredients. And I'll show you how it's done. You can also easily download and print it via this link: http://www.mehlschmie.de ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— INGREDIENTS: Ciabatta Makes 2 loaves 500 g all-purpose flour (type 550) 380 g water 4 g yeast 15 g salt 15 g olive oil Preparation: Knead the dough for 6 minutes on low speed, then 8 minutes on high speed without the oil. Then add the oil and knead for another 3 minutes on high speed (or knead by hand). Let the dough rise at room temperature for 2 hours. Stretch and fold the dough every hour. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for 20-24 hours. After the dough has rested, place it on a floured surface and divide it into two equal pieces. Let it proof again on a baking peel for 30-60 minutes, then bake at 250°C (480°F) using conventional oven settings (top and bottom heat) on a preheated baking stone or baking sheet for 20 minutes.
