I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City after a 17-hour bus ride… but here’s the funny part: I didn’t film the journey at all — because I slept the entire time. I even dreamed that I was filming the vlog, so technically part of this trip only exists in my dreams. Apparently, that’s where I create my best content. 😅 In this vlog, I explore the historic Independence Palace, wander through a park I randomly discovered, try Vietnamese street food, and face one of the most questionable food experiences of my life: fertilized duck egg (balut). Spoiler: I will not be eating that again. I welcomed the New Year in the streets of Ho Chi Minh City — surrounded by heat, chaotic traffic, unexpected human connections, and the strange freedom that comes with living on the road.
