Tashkent | Visit Uzbekistan NOW — Before It Becomes the Next Overcrowded Destination

Tashkent is nothing like the rest of Uzbekistan — and that's exactly why we loved it. This is the final chapter of our 9-day trip through Uzbekistan. After exploring the Silk Road cities of Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva, we ended in Tashkent — the biggest city in Central Asia. Instead of rushing through museums, we walked. For three days, we explored Tashkent on foot: the stunning Soviet-era metro stations, the best food we had on the entire trip, neighborhoods still rebuilding from the devastating 1966 earthquake, and a modern city that somehow hasn't lost its cultural identity. In this video we share our honest thoughts on Tashkent and reflect on our entire Uzbekistan journey — what surprised us, what moved us, and why we think you should visit before it becomes the next overcrowded tourist destination. Uzbekistan is still affordable, still authentic, and still uncrowded. That won't last forever. #Uzbekistan #Tashkent #CentralAsiaTravel
