BOLO DE MILHO TENRO Delicioso Sem Gluten e Fácil de Fazer

A delicious, moist corn cake, very easy to make, made in a blender, with few ingredients, no flour, with spectacular results and an incredible corn flavor – it's a delight. INGREDIENTS: 6 ears of tender corn = 4 cups 4 eggs 1 cup of milk 100g of melted butter = 4 tablespoons 1 cup of sugar = 220g 1 tablespoon of baking powder 1 cup of grated white cheese = 100g (feta cheese) 1 pinch of salt PREPARATION: Blend the corn kernels with milk in a blender. Add the butter and sugar and blend. Incorporate the eggs and baking powder and blend a little more. Place the mixture in a bowl and, using a spoon, add the white cheese and mix well. Place the mixture in a buttered and floured (or cornstarch-dusted) baking pan. Bake at 180°C for approximately 60 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, let cool, unmold, and enjoy.
