Livestock Guardian Dog Feeder Station with Jump Gate for Our Akbash
With some upcoming changes to our management practices for our Akbash livestock guardian dog, I am building a feeding station so he will have free-choice access to food. In order to keep the sheep out of the dog food, however, I must install what is called a jump gate. It is designed to keep the sheep out but still allows our Akbash access to his food.
