LGD Puppy Training - Setting Up A Training Pen and Introduction To Electric Fence. We are setting up a training pen for our livestock guarding dog, Angel and will be teaching her about electric fencing. We are using an IBC tote as a dog house with a creep pen so she can move in and out away from the sheep as she wants to. In the pen she has feed, bedding and a safe space to rest when she wants to. On our farm, we are training a LGD with our dorper sheep to keep away predators such as coyotes and other dogs to protect the flock. Angel is a Great Pyrenees and should be around 100-120 lbs when she is a full grown dog.
