Fishing Blues Day On Lake Verret

As we continue to highlight safety, let us always adjust to changing conditions. Morning fog with overcast sky delayed safe travel until just before noon. Our day of fishing was compacted into a few hours. Just as we headed out of the swamp near sundown, we came upon stranded fellow fishermen whose boat was disabled. As such, we were able to save them a night in the swamp by towing their boat to the dock.
