EAS National Periodic Test (September 28, 2016; DirecTV)
This was a national test of the EAS conducted on September 28, 2016. This was captured off from FOX News during "The Real Story". First of all, forgive the picture quality, I have no way to transfer the original HD recording from my DVR to the computer at this time. Should I find a way, I'll re-upload it in HD, but for now, this is as good as I can get it. Anyway, as you can hear, the test failed on DirecTV, with an audio loop in the background similar to the 2011 test.
