DirecTV's part of the National Emergency Alert System Test
Featuring Lady Gaga. Since obviously, that's how you alert someone that there's an emergency. (I should note that this is only the first 30 seconds or so of the test. It cut in with the standard beep, but the scroll didn't actually say anything, and it went back to the Lady Gaga music within 15 seconds, and then the music played for another 30+ seconds.)
