Ministers and Heads of Delegation Highlight the Enduring Relevance of Bolívar's Legacy to Strengthen Multilateralism - Foreign Ministers and heads of delegation from the Americas, Europe, and the Caribbean participated this Monday in a high-level meeting to reflect on the legacy of the Amphictyonic Congress of Panama and its continued relevance in the face of the challenges facing the international community. The meeting, held within the framework of the bicentennial commemoration of the historic gathering convened by Simón Bolívar in 1826, was moderated by the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Carlos Arturo Hoyos, and the Vice Minister of Multilateral Affairs and Cooperation, Carlos Guevara Mann. During the discussions, it was emphasized that Bolivarian thought remains fully relevant in a context marked by transnational challenges that require collective responses.
