Life of a British Architect Building Something Unexpected in Toronto — All Creatives Ep 6

Creative Detour Life of a British Architect Building Something Unexpected in Toronto Volume 1 — All Creatives Ep 6 Jemma Chapman is a British architect turned illustrator whose work explores place, memory, and the quiet rituals of everyday life. After moving to Toronto, an unexpected career setback led her to step away from architecture and rediscover drawing as a way to navigate an unfamiliar city. What began as a personal practice eventually grew into Toonie Stamps, a public art project that shares her illustrations through converted vintage vending machines across the city. Today, Jemma's work celebrates the small moments that shape our connection to a place, embracing curiosity, community, and the idea that finding home is an ongoing creative process.
