Capital City Loop Ride

Capital City Trail Loop Ride. Starting from Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), this is a clockwise loop ride of the Capital City Trail, including parts of the Upfield Trail, Inner Circle Rail Trail, Merri Creek Trail and Yarra Boulevard. Ride conditions were a bit blustery with 20-30km/h northwesterly winds matched with cool winter temperatures of around 15 degrees (Celsius). Fortunately, due to the weather, foot traffic was light on the trails. I've attempted to incorporate ride telemetry for the first time. It's not perfect due to setup (e.g. auto-pause, lack of sync tools), but it's pretty close. Ride time according to Garmin was 1hr 11m, 28.7km total distance at an average of 24.2km/h.
