The Newbie Experience Inside The 3 Peaks Challenge 2026 Falls Creek

I trained hard for this one. But race week hit differently. Finding out my mum was sick back home and needed surgery while I was away was very tough. This ride became bigger than just a race. I dedicated every climb and every pedal stroke to her. I’m grateful to say that her surgery was successful, and she continues to fight and recover. That alone means everything. ❤️ Funny enough, race day felt easier than expected. All those brutal training days paid off, and instead of surviving the ride, I actually got to enjoy it. Forever grateful to my wife @charmenggay and family for the support. The hours I trained meant hours she carried everything at home with the kids and work. I couldn’t do this without her. Real Champ!! Kudos to my crew for keeping the vibes high all weekend. The company, the laughs, and the energy made the whole experience even more special.
