10 MIN BEGINNER FLAT BELLY WORKOUT | Exercises To Get A Flat Belly & Tone Your Abs | Eylem Abaci

Summer is almost over and we are getting back to our routines. Here is a great abs workout for all the beginners on my channel.♥︎ I was creative and changed up some exercises to make it more fun: this workout contains lots of innovative exercises which will slim and tone your waist, strengthen your ab muscles and make your ab lines visible. Do this regularly to have a snatched belly! :) ▪️ Intensity: Beginner ▪️ Recommendations: • Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion.
